How We Handle Warranties
Product warranties vary based on the manufacturer. On this page, we provide basic warranty information for the brands we sell. Please visit each manufacturer's website linked below for specific details about product warranty. Warranty may vary depending on registration through the manufacturer.
✓Customer:
As with all products purchased from Bike Tech, items covered under the manufacturer's warranty are handled at no cost to the customer.
⚠Non-Customer:
Products not purchased from Bike Tech but still under manufacturer's warranty can be handled by Bike Tech, if allowed by manufacturer, but will incur a charge for time involved. You may be required to present a receipt with your item.
Note: Most warranties are strictly limited to original owners (non-transferrable). Warranties begin at the date of purchase. Warranties assume the bike was properly assembled, maintained, and operated.
