For this reason, these bikes were rarely seen on the floors of your local bike retailer.
Modern Diagnostics — Fast forward to today and you'll find many e-bikes are serviceable just like the car you drive. We can plug them into a computer and determine where problems are found. A new part is ordered and you are back on your way. We've been training and have tooling for many of the brands sold in bike shops.
Expert Repair — Other bikes still require an understanding of their basic electric components and how to identify problems using a variety of testing equipment. We are trained by the experts at Micromobility Connect on how to diagnose and repair these bikes as well.
