Owners of e-bikes tend to ride a lot more than non-e-bikers. With extra miles comes the need for more frequent service. It's like an oil change - the more you ride the more often you need it changed. We have the knowledge and e-bike specific software and tooling to make sure that your bike is running its best.

E-bike Service
Your electric assist bike isn't like the bike you grew up with. Modern e-bikes have complex electronics that can be upgraded via firmware or can assist in the diagnosis of a potential issue. We have the tools, software, training and expertise to work on the industry's top E-bike brands. Our staff offers full service options on E-bike brands and motors systems from the following manufacturers:
Bosch, Shimano, Specialized, Giant, and BionX (legacy). Mahle and Fazua coming soon.
We understand that there are hundreds of different brands of e-bikes out there. While we are not trained on many of these systems we can often help troubleshoot solutions. As many of these motor systems do not have diagnostic outputs we treat these repairs on a time and materials basis. We charge a non-reundable, prepaid $100 diagnostic fee for these services.
We DO NOT work on altered, chipped, or modified e-bikes.

E-bike Service Guidelines
- appointments for e-bike service are highly encouraged
- keys and charger to bike must be brought in at time of drop off
- charge on battery must be at less than 50%
- storage fees will accumulate after 48 hours after completion - $10/day
- we DO NOT work on altered, chipped, or modified e-bikes.
E-bike Assembly
- assembly starting at $175
- by appointment only
- includes assembly of all mechanical aspects of bike and hookup of all electronics
- fenders, baskets, additional accessories installed at standard shop rates
- does not include troubleshooting and resolution of faulty electronics or communication with e-bike manufacturer
- partially assembled bikes will be treated as if it was not started (for your safety)
- storage fees will accumulate after 48 hours after completion - $10/day
