Our Philosophy...

 

Through our experiences as customers and employees of other bike shops we've come up with a pretty good idea of what our customers are looking for.

 

Customers are looking for fast service, a wide selection of quality bikes, parts, and accessories, quick delivery of out of stock or special order items, and a friendly, knowledgeable person to deal with every time they come in the door.

 

We believe our customer service is second to none here in the Cedar Valley. We'll go the extra mile to get that hard to find part or take the time to look up an answer if we aren't sure. High pressure and uptight are words you won't find here. We prefer to be laid back, low pressure and talk to you like a normal human being.

 

Biking should be fun. It's our passion. That's why we all work here.
